Here's a go-to recipe for a power-packed green smoothie that'll give you enough energy to go through your tasks. That is, until your next meal.
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp maca powder (available at Healthy Options)
- 1/4 tsp Spirulina
- 1 tbsp coco sugar
- 40 g greens
- 1 cup of crushed ice
Blend all ingredients (ice being last) until it has a smoothie consistency and enjoy!
