From Cooking Steaks to Interviewing the President: The Evolution of Anthony Bourdain
Anthony Bourdain's career began in the kitchen. He worked in New York's restaurant world for more than 20 years, starting in 1978 and culminating with his appointment to executive chef of the French restaurant Les Halles. His life as an author, TV personality, producer, and more didn't begin until the early 2000s. Here's a look at that portion of Bourdain's career.
