Early ‘Black Panther’ Impressions Are In, and Now We’re Even More Excited

When Chadwick Boseman’s Black Panther made his first appearance in 2016’s Captain America: Civil War, there was a general consensus that the character translated well into cinema and fit perfectly in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. T’Challa was an instant hit, so anticipation for his standalone movie started to build. Then, as more and more of the afrofuturist, cyberpunk universe of Black Panther started to materialize in teaser stills and trailers, it became harder to imagine the movie being anything short of awesome.

Initial screenings for the movie were held just last night, and the lucky few who have gotten to see it have had great things to say:

Black Panther comes out in the Philippines on February 14, so make sure to squeeze it into your date night.
