The New Trailer For 'It' Is More Than A Little Terrifying
The horror flick's new teaser has landed

We didn't really need to sleep tonight anyway.

The latest teaser for Stephen King's It—the movie remake of the1990 classic TV miniseries—landed at the MTV Movie and TV Awards, and it looks as creepy and terrifying as ever.

This new look at the horror remake features an extended scene as the boys from The Losers' Club set off to explore a sprawling drainage system.

While they bicker about the exact contents of murky-looking sewage water, they stumble across the shoe of missing girl Betty Ripson—which is met with spine-tingling giggles echoing from further within the dark chamber, as Pennywise's trademark red balloon approaches.

A jumbled flurry of shocked-face-filled scenes follow before a final peek at the film, where the nightmare-inducing clown is seen revealing himself from behind a wall of more balloons.

It stars Stranger Things' Finn Wolfhard and Midnight Special's Jaeden Lieberher, while Bill Skårsgard plays Pennywise. You can catch the film in cinemas from 8 September.
