Stunning at 50: Marimar Star Thalia Hasn't Aged a Day

Mexican superstar Thalia turned 50 on August 26. She is beloved by Filipinos for her role as Marimar in the eponymous soap opera that aired in the Philippines in the early '90s. She also appeared as Maria Mercedes in a soap that rivaled her previous show in popularity. 

On Friday, August 27, Thalia uploaded photos of her birthday party in her mansion in Connecticut, in which she sizzled in pink-and-yellow swimsuit. 

'Sin-Cuenta'

Thalia captioned her Instagram post "Sin-Cuenta," which directly translates to "no account."

“Happy birthday to me! 50," Thalia wrote. "And so I live my life 'without account' of those bad experiences, but rather learning from them. Not counting the people who hurt me, but treasuring the people who love me."

“Without an account of the social or economic value of people, but rather of the feeling of peace, joy, and affection that I feel when being with them. Regardless of age or weight, since my body is nothing more than the vehicle that my soul drives so that it can develop on this plane."
