Nobody really knew if Bohemian Rhapsody, the Queen biopic centred around Freddie Mercury, would ever see the light of day.

The project had been stuck in development hell for nearly a decade, churning through a number actors and directors in that time, including Sacha Baron Cohen and David Fincher. There were disagreements with the surviving members of the band, and it looked destined to fail.

But it’s finally here! With Rami Malek taking center-stage as the legendary lead vocalist. Some early-reactions have already appeared on Twitter, and it’s safe to say that opinions are mixed...

Bohemian Rhapsody will be released in the Philippines on November 7.
