Tina Fernandez established Artinformal in 2004 as a way to "bring art and its practice closer to the community." For the upcoming art show, it will be focusing on the theme of materials, as well as interviews presented through a newspaper-format catalog.
Founded in 2006, Blanc is a space for Filipino artists to "experiment and develop" their craft. From paintings and sculptures to sound and video, you'll find just about every medium in the gallery.
4| The Drawing Room
From being a venue for works on paper, The Drawing Room has expanded to showcase various artistic mediums. In the upcoming ALT Philippines show, the gallery will explore the relationship between a gallery and the artist. Participating artists include Alfredo and Isabel Aquilizan, Manuel Ocampo, Mark Justiniani, José Sanos III, Pam Yan Santos, Kiko Escora, Kawayan De Guia, Leo Abaya, Ged Merino, Diokno Pasilan, Rene Aquitania, Derek Tumala, Kat Medina, Miguel Aquilizan and Jessica Dorizac, Troy Ignacio, and Vermont Coronel Jr.
5| Finale Art File
As a premier gallery, Finale Art Files has had hundreds of exhibitions from the country's top contemporary artists. So, it's no surprise the gallery has chosen 11 contemporary artists to explore Philippine painting today.
6| Galleria Duemila
Established by Silvana Diaz, Galleria Duemila is currently the longest-running commercial gallery in the country. The gallery has no shortage of modern masters, having a selection that includes works from Fernando Amorsolo, Fernando Zobel, H.R. Ocampo, Vicente Manansala, Jose Joya, and Cesar Legaspi. Gallerie Duemila will be taking a different direction for ALT Philippines, with the theme of "Carpe Diem: Beyond Seizing the Day."
Artist-run gallery MO_Space always shows innovative works by the city's most dynamic contemporary artists, and what its presenting for ALT Philippines will be no different. For the art show, the gallery has asked its selection of artists to present "the best of the best" of their works.

Manny De Castro's Underground Gallery is known for its art shows and exhibitions from young artists in the Philippines. For ALT Philippines, the gallery will have artist Valerie Chua tackle memory and identity.
9| Vinyl on Vinyl
Vinyl on Vinyl is different from other galleries as it merges art, toys, and music in one space. Once you step into the gallery, you'll see a strong prescence of pop culture. It doesn't end there, however, since you'll also find contemporary, street, and underground art.
10| West Gallery
West Gallery has been the go-to for promising, young artists since it was established in 1989. That's because the gallery offers a space for these artists to explore and hone their skills. Some of the artists on West Gallery's roster include Andres Barrioquinto, Annie Cabigting, Arturo Luz, Bea Camacho, Charles Buenconsejo, Christina Quisumbing Ramilo, and more.
