The National Museum Is Reopening to the Public

The National Museum of Fine Arts reopens to the public tomorrow, March 2, after being closed for the past year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The National Museum of Anthropology and the National Museum of Natural History, also central museums of the National Museum complex in Rizal Park, Manila, will reopen tomorrow.

Regional museums part of the National Museum network will also reopen soon, after consultations with authorities.

The National Planetarium will remain closed until further notice, awaiting authorization for cinemas and theaters to reopen.

The announcement was made on the museum's Facebook page. 

Visitors aged 15 to 65 are welcome. All visitors must pre-book their visits online at the National Museum website at least a day before their visit. Those without prior reservations will not be allowed entry. The number of visitors will be limited to 100 people at any time in each museum.
