Over the past couple of weeks, Filipino artists have taken to showcasing their work on Twitter and Instagram using the hashtag #ArtPH.  There's something about viewing art that can instantly lift one's spirits, and in today's tense political climate, #ArtPH is exactly what we need to chill out.
