It could not be a better time to be living in Manila. No need to leave the country (or, heck, the city) to have a great dining experience, because eight Manila establishments have been picked to be part of the esteemed 50 Best Discovery list: Blind Pig, Oto, The Curator, Toyo Eatery, Gallery by Chele, Mecha Uma, Raging Bull Chophouse & Bar, and The Back Room.

Though primarily an audiophile hotspot, OTO still has some of the best bar chow around.
