A Coffee-Scented Face Mask Exists, And It's Made From Recycled Coffee Yarn
By now, you've probably chosen the right face mask for yourself—at least, that's what you think and let me tell you why: A coffee-scented face mask exists and the scented face mask has more to offer than just its... scent.
The AirX by Canada-based company Veritas Bespoke is dubbed the "world's first coffee face mask." It's reusable, vegan, biodegradable, and antimicrobial. The AirX has two layers of protection and UV-ray protection, too.
According to founder Thanh Le, the AirX was created as an alternative to one-time use masks. "It's not too difficult or expensive to start being mindful of our consumption habits for environmentally friendly, natural, and green products," he says.
You can only pre-order the coffee-scented face mask as of now, but just be patient and think about how you'll soon smell the aroma of coffee every time you pop a mask on. The AirX comes in five colors: white, brown, blue, gray, and black.
"The face mask deserves to have a longer life than just one-time use," Le says. "We all need to take [sustainability] by default, as a proactive step towards cleaner living habits."
