Everything We Know About Disney's New Avengers Park (So Far)

Disney is pulling out all the stops to hook us all in. After announcing a decade's worth of Star Wars news early in December, the company is coming for Marvel fans next.
No, this isn't about WandaVision (though we're excited about that, too.) We're talking about the upcoming Avengers Campus being developed at several Disney theme parks: Disney California Adventure, Walt Disney Studios Park at Disneyland Paris, and Hong Kong Disneyland.
The park was first announced in August 2019. In an Instagram post, the Disneyland account posted artist concepts of the upcoming attraction with the caption: "Avengers Campus is coming to Disney California Adventure Park. Get ready because Recruitment begins next Summer!"
Yup, you'll finally be able to step into the Marvel Universe and into the many attractions based on the Guardians of the Galaxy, Spider-Man, Ant-Man, Iron Man, and The Avengers itself. It all sounds pretty amazing.
Avengers Campus was scheduled to open on July 18, 2020, but like a lot of great things we were supposed to get in 2020, it was pushed back due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Everything is still under construction right now, but the Avengers Campus in California and Paris are set to open in 2021. Tough luck for us in Asia, though, since the Hong Kong park has a target opening of 2023.
In other news, Universal Studios Japan is inching closer and closer to opening the highly-anticipated Super Nintendo World. Here's the latest on Super Nintendo World.
