The northeast portion of Pasig nearby the Manggahan Floodway and Cainta doesn't exactly have the most smooth-sailing traffic, especially during the morning rush. Now if you live in the East, get ready for things to get a little bit more intense. The good news? Road repairs will only take place at night, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the next day. All motorists are advised to avoid the area and find alternate routes.
