Google breaks new ground on futuristic HQ
Plans for Google's new building in Mountain View, California have been released, and they're pretty impressive. The campus will be called Google Charleston East, and it will house up to 2,700 employees on 18.6 acres of land. This is the first building that Google will have constructed from scratch, and it includes areas for walking and cycling, along with restaurants open to the public; moreover, the roof canopy will be one of the largest solar roof panels in existence. The tech company hopes that the project will be complete by 2019.
