The time has come… for us to stop buying tickets to rewatch Avatar: The Way of Water for the nth time in cinemas. The global phenomenon is finally debuting on Disney+ in the Philippines on June 7, meaning you can press that replay button as many times as you’d like.
Once is never enough to watch The Way of Water. Since its global theatrical release five months ago, The Way of Water has become the third highest-grossing film of all time worldwide with nearly $2.32 billion at the box office. And we can’t help but wonder how many of those sold tickets were rewatches.
