'Avengers 4' is Bringing This Unexpected Character Back to Life

Just when you thought Avengers 4's cast couldn't get any bigger, it goes and resurrects an unexpected Doctor Strange character.
According to SuperBro Movies, executive producer Michael Grillo confirmed at an Austin Film Festival panel that Tilda Swinton will be in the epic sequel, presumably again as the Ancient One who died in Doctor Strange.
"When we got Tilda Swinton, she was just a one-day availability," Grillo is reported to have been said. If it turns out to be accurate, then that means we probably can't expect anything more than a cameo in the sequel from Swinton.
Maybe she's part of Doctor Strange's masterplan to defeat Thanos, potentially giving Strange a crucial piece of advice to help him win.
If the Ancient One does come back, she won't be the only one resurrected, and we're not just talking about all of those victims of the Infinity Snap. Frank Grillo confirmed last week that Crossbones will "make an appearance," but insisted it's in a flashback.
Over the weekend, Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige revealed that we can expect the long-awaited Avengers 4 trailer, and hopefully the title too, "before the end of the year."
The first trailer for Infinity War was released on 29 November, 2017, so our best guess is that the Avengers 4 trailer will come around the same time.
