Calls is written and directed by Fede Alvarez, based on the French series of the same name created by Timothée Hochet. The mystery-thriller is told through a series of interconnected phone conversations, which chronicle the story of a group of strangers whose lives are thrown into disarray in the events leading up to an apocalyptic event.

The show is anchored by strong voice acting by a star-studded cast. Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Aubrey Plaza, Ben Schwartz, Dani Pudi, Laura Harrier, Mark Duplass, Nick Jonas, Pedro Pascal, Rosario Dawson, and Stephen Lang, among others, lend their voices to bring Calls to life.

This is one of the most unique shows you’ll see this year. By relying only on sound, other senses are heightened, elevating the show into an experiential event.
