Disney Is Casting for a Filipina Lola. Is this Ned's Grandmother in Spider-Man 3?

Filipina actresses of a certain age, listen up. Disney is reportedly looking for someone to play a lola, or grandmother for a film shooting in Atlanta, Georgia. According to the casting call, the actor has to be female, be 50 to 90 years old, be Filipino or Filipino-American, and must be able to speak English fluently.
The applicant is not required to have any acting experience, but she must be willing to travel to Atlanta, Georgia, where the film is shooting.
While the movie title has not been released, people are speculating that it’s for Spider-Man 3, which is currently shooting in Atlanta. The role is reportedly that of grandmother of Ned, who plays Peter Parker (aka Spider-Man)’s best friend. Ned is played by Filipino-American actor Jacob Batalon.
Even it isn't for Spider-Man (which Disney's Marvel is producing for Sony), it sounds like a wonderful opportunity. However, the applicant will need to be available to shoot for a few days in February, and should also be currently authorized to work in the United States (either a U.S. citizen, a green card holder, or an O-1 visa holder.)
