Well, one dead person, at least.

To announce its world premiere at the Singapore International Film Festival this December, Mikhail Red's new horror movie, Eerie, dropped its first full-length trailer last week, giving us our most complete look at the movie so far.

From what we gather, Eerie is a take on classic Asian horror, set in a distinctly Filipino Catholic school milieu. It tells the story of Pat (Bea Alonzo), a guidance counselor at an all-girls school who must investigate a murder to which the only witness is the ghost of a student who commited suicide. Obviously, as any inexplicably fearless main character of a horror movie would, Pat does this by confronting the ghost herself.

Check out the trailer:

This is also the Mikhail Red's fourth feature film, following the award-winning one-two of Birdshot and Neomanila, so it's definitely something to be excited about. But since the movie has set its world premiere in December, we might only see a local release in 2019.
