A former Harry Potter star is posing for Playboy

We know it's been a fair few years since Harry defeated Lord Voldermort but nothing makes you feel old like learning one of his classmates will be appearing in the new issue of Playboy.

Scarlett Byrne, who played Slytherin bully Pansy Parkinson has posed nude for the March/April issue of Hugh Heffner's iconic magazine. The shoot is something of an initiation into the family—as bizarre as that may sound—as Bryne is in fact engaged to Hugh Heffner's son and Chief Creative Officer of the magazine, Cooper Hefner.

She commented that, "I'm very proud to be a part of the March/April issue of Playboy. I penned a short essay along with my pictorial, titled 'The Feminist Mystique'. A big thank you to @Playboy, the creative team, and @cooperbhefner for such a unique opportunity. #NakedIsNormal"

The title is borrowed from the seminal feminist text of the same name by writer Betty Friedan. Scarlett now lives in Los Angeles and continues to act, though looks a little different from when she was cooking up potions with Hagrid and the crew.

Happy Thanksgiving ????

Writing the essay means she joins fellow Hogwarts alumna Emma Watson who co-edited the women and men issue of Esquire last year and model Emily Ratajkowski who recently penned as essay for Glamour arguing that women can be "sexual and serious."
