A Third 'Kingsman' Movie is Set to Land Next Year
Matthew Vaughn's film adaptation of the Matt Millar comic franchise Kingsman: The Secret Service was a runaway success when it hit theaters in 2014; and its 2017 sequel, Kingsman: The Golden Circle, did about as well (the first movie raked in $414 million worldwide, the second did $410 million). Vaughn has been set to return to round out a trilogy with its third installment, which he has said would be "the conclusion of the Harry Hart-Eggsy releationship."
Now, according to Entertainment Weekly, the film just got an official release date from Fox: November 8, 2019. The Hollywood Reporter notes that this release date was originally reserved for Bond 25, which just recently swapped out Danny Boyle (Trainspotting) for Cary Fukunaga (True Detective, Maniac) as director.
But now, it appears that they've given the play date to another spy film instead. If you're a fan of the franchise and its well-tailored spy action, mark your calendars, as we should see a Philippine release date around the same time.
