Netflix Has Finally Dropped the Official Trailer for Money Heist Season 5

"Locked up for a hundred hours [...] it feels like a hundred years have gone by."

Nearly two months after Netflix gave us a first look at Money Heist's fifth season, the streaming service is finally giving us the official trailer. The upcoming season of the Spanish crime series will be it's last, and it looks like it will be one hell of a wild ride.

In the official trailer for season five, we see the gang's final heist as they get pushed to the limits after being locked up for 100 hours in the Bank of Spain. Like any good trailer, however, we're left with even more questions than before. Still, we already know that someone dies, the army arrives, and worst of all, the Professor doesn't have a plan.

"It is one of the most uncertain moments for the gang," Netflix said in a release. "They are against the ropes and it seems like this will truly be their ending. Will they gather their strength to fight against the odds...just one more time? After all, they are The Resistance."

But, we'll find out soon enough when the series drops on Netflix on September 3. One month to go and you know what that means: there's more than enough time to binge rewatch Money Heist all over again.
