The quick clip, which is set against the familiar tune of Jose Mari Chan’s “Beautiful Girl,” reveals a whole lot more about the soapy love life of Nimfa, the perfume saleslady:
1| First, her janitor boyfriend, who is a dog (we will skip the implications of this setup), calls her “my sexy-tary.”

2| Then, a fortune-teller octopus reveals that she will be entangled between two paramours at the same time.
3| More important, octopus lady says Nimfa will enjoy “a wild sex life.” Nimfa approves.
4| Also, a Siberian Husky speaking in dulcet tones is the equivalent of a well-to-do mestizo in cartoonland. You can guess what happens next to Nimfa and her client, Inigo Villanueva.

5| And then! And then! There are superhero-style action sequences, including a catfight between Nimfa and what looks like a rich poodle.
Whew. We’re awake now.
Nimfa is super cheesy, steamy, and has fight scenes? This is what the Titas of Manila like to watch and now the irresistible formula finds a way to appeal to more people via the power of animation (and the great voice acting of Angelica Panganiban, Robin Padilla, and Sam Milby).

Obviously, this is not for your kids, little brothers and sisters, baby nephews and nieces, and other assorted rugrats. This full-length animated Filipino film, the first, in fact, for Netflix, is for your eyes only. Nimfa bares all at the end of the month.
