The First Poster for No Time to Die Is Here

It's the rare official look at the upcoming film.

Saturday marked international James Bond Day, and in honor of the unofficial holiday, Bond fans were treated to the first poster for No Time to Die, the 25th movie in the series. The poster features Daniel Craig’s Bond in a signature tux, and not a whole lot more—but it’s still one of the first official glimpses at the upcoming movie.

The film marks Craig’s fifth appearance as Bond, and is widely speculated to be his last outing the iconic role. Series regulars including Lea Seydoux, Naomie Harris, and Jeffrey Wright are slated to appear in No Time to Die, while Christoph Waltz will return as the villainous Ernst Stavro Blofeld and Rami Malek will make his debut appearance as a still-unnamed villain.

Even though the poster pretty much just includes Craig and the film's title, keen eyed-fans have leveled a guess as to where the rugged turquoise wall in the image is supposed to be located. The wall matches photos snapped during Prince Charles' visit to the Bond set at Pinewood Studios, and is from a particular set build that was reportedly used for scenes that are supposed to take place in Cuba.

No Time to Die will be released next April, after production troubles delayed the film’s release, which was originally scheduled for this fall. Setbacks included the replacement of original director Danny Boyle with Beasts of No Nation’s Cary Fukunaga amid reported “creative differences,” and Craig’s on-set ankle injury, which delayed filming while the star recovered from reparative surgery. A crew member was also injured in an explosion that blew off part of the set’s roof.

The upcoming film will find Craig’s Bond emerging from retirement—a young MI6 agent played by Lashana Lynch will inherit the 007 code name—to fight yet another global menace. "In No Time to Die, Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica," reads the official synopsis. "His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology."
