The New 'Solo' Trailer Slowly Reveals Han's Mysterious Past
Earlier this week, Superbowl fans were treated to the first glimpse at the upcoming Solo: A Star Wars Story. And that brief teaser had quite an interesting twist: There was young Han applying for a job as a pilot for the Empire. Is he going undercover? Is he just looking for a new job with better health benefits than a self-employed smuggler?
Today, in a longer new trailer, we have a few answers. Young Han explains in a voiceover that he's been running scams on the streets since he was 10, he was kicked out of the flight academy for having a mind of his own, and he wants to be the best pilot in the galaxy. And in this trailer we finally see Woody Harrelson speak, recruiting Young Han to join his crew. There's also a better look at Alden Ehrenreich's take on the iconic character—talented, roguish, and cocky. We're still yet to get any details on Donald Glover's Young Lando, but we can look forward to that between now and May 25.
