Fly Your Name Around the Moon On NASA's Artemis Spacecraft

NASA is once again collecting names it will fly across the cosmos. In 2020, it collected over 2.2 million names to be flown to the Jezera Crater on Mars. The Philippines topped the signups with 1.2 Filipino names registered. This was followed by the U.S. with 143,000.
Filipinos are once again expected to top the sign ups for names to be flown around the Moon aboard the ship Artemis I.
NASA will add your name in a flash drive that will fly aboard Artemis I, which will be the first uncrewed flight test of the Space Launch System rocket and the Orion spacecraft. The flight paves the way toward landing the first woman and the first person of color on the Moon, according to NASA.
“Artemis I will be the first in a series of increasingly complex missions to build a long-term human presence at the Moon for decades to come,” NASA said in a statement.
