The storage app Keepr is the answer to fixing the chaotic clutter in your home while still hanging on to things you might need in the future. It lets you throw things out, but not in the way you think.

Keepr is the latest innovative all-Filipino app to hit the Internet, and you can tell it’s Filipino because it understands a fundamental part of Filipino DNA: hoarding. It’s a trait we wholly accept and aren’t quite ready to do without, so Keepr has designed a service that allows families and individuals to keep their stuff—just not at home.

“We understand what it’s like to want to hold on to the things we used to love to keep the memories safe while making space for the things that matter to us now. That’s why we made Keepr,” says the description on its website.

The convenient and affordable personal storage solution utilizes high-level security and top-notch strategic logistics that make it easy to request for Keepr personnel to pick up and store your things.

The app lets you book an appointment to pick up your items, and if you want them back, you only have to book another appointment to deliver them to your home.

Other perks? Keepr has sturdy bins to keep your stuff in and it also wraps what needs to be wrapped in bubble wrap. Furniture can also be dissembled if you have unwanted pieces lying around at home.

Everything is stored in a secure facility with 24-hour security, CCTVs, and alarms. You can also track the movements of pickup and delivery vans using the app’s GPS if you’re nervous. The best part though has to be the insurance that comes with Keepr, which makes sure your items are covered in case something bad happens.

The app can also act as an online storage closet that reminds you what exactly what you put away in Keepr’s storage facilities. Each item will be photographed and tagged so you can keep tabs on what’s not in your home.

So far, Keepr only services Pasig, Makati, Taguig, Parañaque, and Muntinlupa, with plans to expand throughout the metro. The service is still in its early stage, but you can’t deny the usefulness of an app that can literally declutter your home.
