These Are the Most Popular Streaming Services in the Philippines
JustWatch, an international streaming guide, has just revealed more details about streaming services in the Philippines. The detailed performance review focuses on the first quarter of 2021 in the country.
The findings show that the top three streaming services in the Philippines make up 66 percent of the market. Unsurprisingly, Netflix led the way with 35 percent followed by Prime Video with 16 percent and iflix with 15 percent. Check out the full list below.

- Prime Video - 16 percent
- iflix - 15 percent
- Other - 12 percent
- HBO Go - 10 percent
- Viu - 4 percent
While HBO Go and Viu rounded up the category. According to the study, HBO Go overtook Viu to move into fourth place this quarter.
As for market share development, the study says: "Both HBO Go and Hayu gained 3 percent market share throughout the first quarter of 2021. This had a clear impact on Prime Video (-3 percent), Netflix (-2 percent), and iflix (-2 percent). Viu was the only streaming service to maintain the same market share throughout the quarter."
