Pornhub is getting into the cryptocurrency game—kind of like your coworker who wouldn't shut up about it last November. On Tuesday, the site said it was partnering with the currency Verge as a new payment option for the site's premium services.

The move won't have much immediate impact for the average porn viewer. But it could give people who pay for porn some peace of mind, offering them another layer of anonymity at a time when privacy and data are a chief concern.
