Here's What's Inside the Biggest Starbucks in the World

The largest Starbucks Reserve in the world has finally opened its doors to the public last Friday, November 15! Officially besting Japan's Nakameguro branch, the brand's Chicago Mile store stands at 35,000 square feet with four floors to its name. A reported 10,000 coffee lovers from all around the U.S. flocked towards the massive roastery for its opening day.
Much like its five other Reserve branches across the globe, Chicago's Starbucks boasts of a hefty number of new drinks and pastries exclusive to the store alone. In fact, it expects to use up to 500,000 coffee beans per day, all roasted on-site. Upon entering the establishment, customers will be greeted with a towering 56 feet steel cast that stores and distributes the coffee all over the building after they've been roasted.
You can expect to order the usual handcrafted drinks on the first floor, and the second floor houses their bakery packed with fresh bread, pizza, and an assortment of desserts. On the third floor, you can find their "experiential coffee bar" on the third floor, and a cocktail bar on the fourth for cocktail-inspired coffee drinks. Take a look below.
