Here's A Not-So-Classic Fried Chicken Recipe (If You're Tired of Plain 'Ol Chicken)


RECIPE

  • 1 to 1/2 kg. chicken
  • 5 sliced turmeric
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. whole peppercorns
  • 5 laurel leaves
  • 2 tbsp. rock sale
  • 1 head garlic

METHOD

1| Get your chicken and rub rock salt onto it, making sure it's evenly salted.

2| Transfer chicken pieces to a pot.

3| Add in vinegar, turmeric, garlic, laurel leaf, peppercorns, and vegetable oil.

4| Mix everything together to coat everything.

5| Turn the heat on medium-high and leave it on until the liquid evaporates and the chicken fries.

6| Let cook for 30 to 35 minutes until golden.
