This Lobster Grilled Cheese is the sandwich we've been waiting for
Bun Appetit, those geniuses who gave Metro Manila decent seafood rolls, has just created the most luxurious grilled cheese ever. Between those two crisp, butter slices of bread is a thick, chunky spread of fresh lobster. Essentially, Bun Appetit took their famous lobster rolls and turned it into a neater, flatter, cheesier, more manageable sandwich.
It sounds almost obscene, but the cheese-coated lobster still offers the same level of comfort as your standard grilled cheese. Okay, maybe a few levels more. With a price tag of P550, which isn't bad considering the generous stuffing and that other restaurants price their non-lobster ones at around P450, you can tell your stomach that it's value-for-money.
Bun Appetit is a staple at Salcedo Saturday Market. They also sell lobster rolls, crab rolls, shrimp rolls, garlic noodles, crab cocktail claws, and Mexican grilled corn.
