At the end of March, Jollibee decided that the best way to share joy during the quarantine was to let people cook its legendary Chickenjoy inside their homes. It's by no means exactly the same as what you'd get if you go to Jollibee. The parts are cut and marinated, but there's no breading and no gravy, so you have to do those bits freestyle. According to Yummy, the best way is to thaw the chicken, dip it in an egg batter, then coat it in seasoned flour before frying.
Available at Robinson's Supermarkets
