It's easy to peer through the misty acrylic of grocery stores and point at the familiar pink hue of salmon or easily pick up a few packets of pre-marinated, pre-cooked milkfish. But what happens when you suddenly find yourself in the market or a dampa, overwhelmed by rows upon rows of glossy fresh fish. You don't want to be that conyo kid who can easily be duped into paying a higher price because you're so obviously a fish out of water. No, educate yourself and make sure that when it comes to fish, you're never lost in translation.
