Jollibee is warming up to a new normal of stickered floors queues, social distancing, face shields, and obsessive disinfection. The fast food giant is taking all the steps to assure customers that it's once again safe to enjoy a plate of Jollibee Spaghetti in the place where it's meant to be enjoyed--inside an actual Jollibee.

Apart from the usual mask and shield, Jollibee employees are given vitamin supplements to strengthen their immune system and a medical hotline is ready to attend to their health needs. All stores will be rigidly sanitized before opening and after closing and high-traffic items, like door handles and counters will be disinfected every half hour. Self-order kiosks, which is available in selected outlets, will also be treated to the same standards.

Branches have also been decked out with proper physical distancing gear: stickers on the floor, acrylic dividers. Entrances have been equipped with disinfecting mats; masks as well as thermal scanning are required upon entry.

Jollibee has also hired guards to man the counters to ensure that protocols are in place. Eventually, the company will also add table guards to police hygiene and distancing on the dining areas. Overseeing all these efforts is a designated Alagang Jollibee Hygiene Ambassador.
