Let's be real: you're probably sick of cooking up the same old recipes. We've all been in quarantine for so long that it's been hard to stay creative when it comes to daily meals. Lucky for you, chef JP Anglo is here to save the day.

Known for his unique creative flair, Anglo has made Philippine cuisine more exciting than ever. At home, he likes something simple every now and then—like this grilled shrimp dinner recipe that incorporates ready-made ingredients.

"The ingredients are pretty much ready to mix and cook, so it's something that anyone can do," Anglo says. "The dish I made is something that's not too heavy, something that doesn't require a whole production in the kitchen, and not a whole lot of dishes to clean (always my wife's request)."

Here's chef JP Anglo's easy-to-prep grilled shrimp dinner recipe.
