Mimi & Bros Brings 'Happy' to Your Home With Its New Line of Frozen Food

The pandemic has forced restaurants to adapt to the new way of how people eat: at home. Those used to enjoying “Happy” at the BGC nook of Mimi & Bros will now get to taste that signature happiness again as the Filipino restaurant launches a new line of frozen food.
Each item on its frozen food selections is freshly made for pandemic pantries. “Stressful times call for feel-good, nostalgic food,” says chef Ed Bugia, who heads the food & beverage division of MFT Group of Companies, which owns Mimi & Bros.
“Our frozen items are made fresh daily, with no artificial preservatives and extenders-just 100-percent comfort food.”
Among these freezer items are classics: homemade chicken nuggets, corndogs, sausages, snapdogs, and hand-cut fries. The restaurant’s bestseller is its corndog, which is made with Mimi & Bros’ signature tasty batter and juicy hotdogs.
“You only need to fry a pack to golden brown perfection, and you can have the same comforting Mimi & Bros taste you know and love,” says Bugia.
Snapdogs (P299 for one pack)
