Margarita Forés has slowly reopened her empire of restaurants. Both CIBO and CIBO di Marghi are already offering a basic menu for pick-up and delivery. Grace Park, Forés' farm-to-table Rockwell haunt has also joined the fray, serving delicious treats from Norwegian salmon to Australian ribeye. Meanwhile Amado Forés has also kept busy reopening his Italian haunt a mano. Many, if not all, of a mano's pizzas and pastas from regional Italy are available as well as its massive bistecca from Creekstone Farms sided with delicious potato skin—among other bestsellers. Lazy Oeuf

One of the most acclaimed restaurants in the country has also decided that it was high time for its famous salmon donburi to be enjoyed at home. Your Local has made available nearly its entire menu (though wine can only be delivered in places without a liquor ban), so that includes the beef rendang buns, lamb rendang, and feel good fried chicken.

Cold cuts, tapas, paella? These are only some of the few delicious things you can order from Bistronomia's Rambla and Las Flores, both of which recently reopened to spice up your meals at home. Adding to the list of restaurants offering frozen, ready-to-cook versions of their beloved meals are some Bistro Group favorites. Italianni's has a whole herb-roasted chicken, spaghetti and meatballs, and marinara sauce. Friday's has chicken fingers, liempo, and adobo.

After weeks of IGTV videos of cooking for frontliners, Chef JP Anglo has made the decision to reopen in a limited capacity. Starting April 27, Sarsa is now available for delivery every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. There's no isaw in the limited menu, but you won't be starved of Anglo's specialties: chicken inasal, batchoy, coconut grilled liempo, sisig, and more. View Sarsa's menu here.

Kumori

This Japanese confectionary is back and spreading some sweetness amid the bitterness of being stuck indoors. Available on the menu are the cheese loaf, Hanjuku cheesecake in original and chocolate, and the light Double Cheesecake (in whole). BBX Chicken

Bad Bird, the chicken shop that decided to give Pasig Mayor Vico Sotto a lifetime supply of fried chicken, has been available during most of the enhanced community quarantine, but recently it opened its subsidiary BBX Chicken in Glorietta. The menu is still all about fried chicken, but there are also people-pleasers like all-day breakfasts, burgers, and desserts.

Bar Pintxos and Txoko

These two Spanish digs are ready to add a little Spanish flair to your dinner. Though the menu is selective, limited mostly to tapas and pintxos (though Txoko is also offering paella, lamb, cochinillo, and octopus), it's a little taste for those special occasions that have been postponed due to the quarantine.

Coco Ichibanya, Mos Burger, Mitsuyado Sei-Men UCC

Hubert Young's group of restaurants has also joined the fold of eateries offering grab-and-go and delivery. Only certain branches are open for service: for Coco Ichibanya it's Rockwell, for MOS Burger it's Robinsons Galleria, and for Mitsuyado Sei-Men it's 22 Jupiter.
UCC has more branches open, like Burgos Circle and One Rockwell. Orders can be coursed through Grab Food, Lalamove, Angkas, Joy Ride, and Mr. Speedy.

Sweet Ecstasy
Sweet X has caught the attention of many burger lovers not just for reopening and sating cravings, but also for leaving a table of food out for frontliners. There are four branches open (Jupiter, Scout Tobias, Greenhills, and Molito) and most of the menu is available too (yes, the Steam Burger is there, and so are wings and pickle fries). Oyasumi Ramen

This underrated but excellent ramen joint in San Juan has made its entire ramen menu available: iekei, black pepper, kara miso, truffle, tomato, and black pepper. (To all Oyasumi fans, the gyoza is available too.) The minimum order is P500, which is more than enough for a bowl of ramen plus dumplings. Assembling your ramen is easy, too: just heat the soup, cook the noodles as you usually would, then add everything else.

Sentro 1771
A few weeks ago, the kind folks of the 1771 group revealed the recipes for their iconic corned beef sinigang and tomato kesong puti salad, but starting May 2, you can get the real thing. Sentro 1771 at Capitol Commons will be open for curbside pick-up, takeout, and delivery. The menu will change every week to give you something to look forward to until the end of the quarantine.
