Manila's Top Restaurants to Raise Funds for F&B Charity Tubig Para sa Lahat

Manila’s leading F&B establishments are uniting in a one-night event on Wednesday, August 31, to raise funds for Tubig Para sa Lahat, an industry charity event for World Vision Development Foundation Inc. The charity event will raise awareness of the water sourcing struggles of many Filipinos nationwide.
Not everyone is privileged enough to have easy and unlimited access to clean water. Not every Filipino can access a clean glass of water or proper sanitation. Clean water is a human right, but too often it’s treated like a privilege that not everyone has access to. To combat this, Manila’s chefs and culinary teams are working together to raise awareness for clean water and proper sanitation rights.
On August 31, Azuthai, Black Pig, Cirkulo, Gallery by Chele, Hapag, Helm, M. Dining, Metronome, Test Kitchen, and Toyo Eatery will donate part of their proceeds of the night to World Vision Development Foundation to fund their clean water and hygiene programs in Albay, Sorsogon, Camarines Sur, Antique, Leyte, Samar, Negros, and BARMM. The restaurants will be creating special menus for the night to be enjoyed by their patrons and the dining public.

By just participating in the event and dining at these restaurants, you can help communities access clean water without having to walk miles to collect it. World Vision works with communities to provide communities and schools with water sources, hand washing facilities, and hygiene and sanitation training.
In far-flung areas, it’s not uncommon to hear stories of children and parents carrying gallons of water home from a water source miles away. In some areas, kids are raised with poor hygiene habits due to a lack of access to clean water for washing. By promoting clean water access and proper sanitation, World Vision hopes to create a domino effect that will improve health, wellness, hygiene, and quality of life in communities around the Philippines.
To participate in their cause, dine at Azuthai, Black Pig, Cirkulo, Gallery by Chele, Hapag, Helm, M. Dining, Metronome, Test Kitchen, and Toyo Eatery on Wednesday, August 31.
