When Mendokoro Ramenba and Ramen Yushoken announced that it was relaxing its no takeout policy and reformatting to frozen takeaways, the world came calling. The group has a monthlong backlog and had to stop taking orders to catch up, but the efficient kitchen was able to finish the orders in half the time and they've begun taking orders again. Available in Shio, Shoyum Super Chasu, and Tantanmen, each kit comes frozen broth, handcrafted noodles, and the usual adornments: chasiu, condiments, sauces. Most of the menu is available, too, albeit ready-to-eat.
