We Have Shake Shack Philippines' Opening Date
Shake Shack is coming.
In July 2018, Shake Shack announced that, in partnership with Stores Specialist Inc., it was opening in the Philippines. In December, it was confirmed that Shake Shack would take up space on the ground floor of Central Square mall, Bonifacio Global City.
Now, for the most important new development. We finally know its opening date: May 10.
Apart from the classic menu, Shake Shack Philippines will also introduce local flavors in its lineup, including an Ube Shake (vanilla frozen custard ice cream with that beloved purple yam–spun upon order) and a Calamansi Limeade (the local Shake Shack's take on a lemonade).
Local suppliers are also being highlighted on Shake Shack's menu. Bucky's and Auro chocolate will be featured in the Shake Attack (think of a brownie sundae, but a little more extra). Wildflour also created a Calamansi Pie Oh My (vanilla custard with Wildflour's famous calamansi pie). If you can't get enough ube, there's also Uuuube-by Baby, an amazing concoction of more vanilla custard with ube, coconut marshmallow, ube cookie, toasted coconut, and crispy pinipig. The finishing touch? Leche flan!
Shake Shack also collaborated with Hope in a Bottle for the Shack2O bottled water. All of the profits from the bottled water will go to building public school classrooms.
