But can you really put a price on a great view and an even greater impression?

For the more generous Valentine's date, there's only one real way to impress your Significant Other. Yes, you can have a picturesque view without leaving the city. Sofitel Philippine Plaza's offering for the season of romance is the premium  Valentine's experience. It's the stuff Garry Marshall movies were patterned after.

Think canopy tents. Think violinist in the background. Think moon, stars, and a deep blue sky; the sea breeze brushing against your skin. Think champagne. And pralines. This bespoke dinner comes with a four-course feast courtesy of a private chef and a personal butler. There's no better setting to enjoy grilled scallops, lobster, Wagyu beef, lamb tagine, and saffron couscous than this.

The price of this one-of-a-kind date? P20,000 per couple.

The dinner is available on February 10, 11, and 14, from 6:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Only five couples can be entertained per night. Or, for a more festive situation, you can book one entire night's worth and celebrate with a large canopy for 15 people (P10,000/head). Flowers and fireworks may be arranged by request.

For reservations, visit Sofitel Philippine Plaza's website. Sofitel is at CCP Complex, Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City.
