This Sushi Chef Creates Edible Sneakerhead Art

When he's not working at his family's restaurant in Milan, Italian sushi chef Yujia Hu is busy recreating some of the sneaker world's favorite kicks out of rice and raw fish. The results are almost too amazing to eat.
He's turned everything from classic Air Jordan 1s to Adidas Dame 3s into tiny edible works of art he's calling "shoe-shi."
He doesn't just do basketball shoes, though. He's also turned other classic sneakers into sushi, including the Vans Old Skools, Adidas NMDs, and the Nike slides seen here.
