Well, according to a study by the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, a leisurely 15-minute walk at lunch can make you feel alert and ready to tackle the day.

Researchers surveyed 100 people across a variety of fields and told them to introduce some new routines to their lunchtimes

Half of them would go to a local park to surround themselves with nature, and the other were asked to conduct a selection of breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques.

Both groups noticed an improvement in their productivity and concentration. So yeah—that's the deal. Go outside. Have a stroll. LIVE.

You should probably stop staying up until 2 a.m. reading random Wikipedia pages too, while you're at it.
