To mark the inaugural Travel + Leisure Luxury Awards Asia Pacific 2023, the prestigious body awarded the Philippines with 40 recognitions. The very best Philippine hotels, resorts, spas, and even general managers were celebrated on the list, published by an authority on all things hospitality.

These Philippine Hotels Got Five-Star Ratings from Forbes Travel Guide's 2023 Awards

The T+L list crowned the Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila as the best city hotel in the country, while the title of best island upcountry resort went to Banwa Private Island. The Farm at San Benito was recognized as the best hotel spa in the country, while Shangri-La Boracay was awarded best hotel pool. The Farm at San Benito received another top award when its general manager, Preet Singh, secured the top spot in the Hotel General Managers category.
