Perks: The community consists of access to a seafront, various pools and beaches, a yacht club with its own port, and its own nine-hole golf course.

The emergence of La Union as a prominent summer destination has hotels and residential developments flocking to the beaches of San Juan. Among those, the dusitD2 Resort, which has yet to open, promises to draw in pleasure-seekers. While it has yet to offer any further details, the Dusit group has announced that it will open by the first quarter of 2019 and will comprise of hotel rooms, villas, and residential opportunities.
