You Can Stay in This Hostel in La Union for One Month During the Lockdown Period For Only P12,500

How about spending the lockdown period near the beach?

In a Facebook post, Rada Hostel said the promo is no longer available. Whether that means the hostel has reached the maximum number of guests that have availed of the promo or it cancelled it altogether is unclear.

Original story follows:

The community quarantine in Metro Manila is only a few hours away, but if you’re still wondering where to spend the next month riding the COVID-19 threat out, here’s a suggestion.

Like many hotels and resorts, Rada Hostel in La Union says it has been dealing with rebookings and cancellations ever since the government announced some extreme policies to try and contain the spread of the coronovirus. In a bid to drum up business, the hostel posted an intriguing promo in its Facebook page

For only P12,500, a guest can stay at Rada Hostel for one month, during March 15 to April 15, 2020. Included in the price is breakfast for the whole month and fiber internet in case you need to work during this period. The only catch is you need a friend or partner to come with you as the hostel requires a minimum of two persons to avail. Strangers are also not allowed to share rooms with each other.

Opened in 2019, Rada Hostel is just one of the hip lodging places that have sprouted in the popular surfing hotsport of San Juan, La Union. The promo seems to be legit, and if you’re one of those who can’t imagine spending the lockdown period just stuck at home, this offer might be something you can consider. Provided you have time to get out of the city before the lockdown starts, that is.
