Three Philippine Resorts on Readers' Choice Best in Asia List by Condé Nast Traveler
Three El Nido resorts have been recognized by Condé Nast Traveler’s 2020 Readers’ Choice Awards as among the best resorts in Asia. 715,000 readers rated their top picks in Asia outside of Indonesia and Thailand.

El Nido Apulit was named number 18. El Nido Lagen Island resort is number 23, and El Nido Pangulasian resort is on the list as number 25.
Separately, the Raffles Hotel in Makati was named number four on the list of the Readers’ Choice Awards of the Best Hotels in Asia.
The awards were announced at a time when almost no one has been traveling around the world due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
“While it is always an honor to be on this list, in this strangest of years it is a special honor, indeed,” said Condé Nast Traveler. “The names in this year’s edition are the ones that brought you comfort, that you still connected with long afterward, that got you through the months without travel. These are the enduring gems that can withstand the test of time and the vicissitudes of circumstance.”
