Welcome Back: DOT and TPB's "It's More Fun With You" Campaign is an Homage To The Local Destinations We Long To See Again
The travel bug will never go away.

After months of transition and ever-changing guidelines, the time has come when we can finally replace the travel ban with the travel bug—and we can all agree that there’s no better place to start than with our very own local destinations.
“It’s More Fun With You” is the timely slogan of the Department of Tourism and Tourism Promotions Board's welcome back campaign, and gives tourists something to look forward to now that safe domestic travel is a possibility once again. The campaign pays homage to the fun and excitement one gets during their travels, along with our longing to be reunited with the places we know and love.
Whether you’re a seasoned traveler of our islands or just starting to tick things off your across-the-Philippines bucket list, it’s been a long enough break to make all our local destinations feel fresh again.
To ease us back into safe domestic travel, the Tourism Promotions Board—DOT's marketing and promotions arm—launched the Travel Philippines app to act as our all-knowing travel guide. Aside from being able to see the latest safety requirements and protocols at a touch, you can also look up transportation details, general travel advisories, tips concerning air, sea, and land travel, hotel and restaurant guidelines, and up-to-date information on the must-see sights at your choice of destination. You can even make an itinerary right on the app!
Even better: As long you save them beforehand, you can see the articles from the app even when you're offline, so there's no need to worry when you're off the grid or don't have a proper signal. It allows users to save their valid IDs and travel documents, too, which means you can pull them out anytime you need them.
Now that you have a reliable bank of information on where to go and what to do on your next domestic travel, there's only one thing left to do: Decide on the destinations you would like to revisit next. Welcome back!
You can download the Travel Philippines app via the App Store or Google Play.
