Proving the noble spirit of the Filipino, more and more people are finding ways to contribute to COVID-19 relief by creating makeshift masks for frontliners, distributing food to under-served communities, turning lockdown madness into a funny comic strip, and, of course, donating funds for various efforts.

And now, the following do-gooders have come up with a genius way to turn two glum realities into something amazing. If you’re stuck at home (and maybe losing your mind), but want to help flatten the curve, here’s what you can do:

On March 30 and April 6 at 5 p.m. Lazada Philippines and FM radio stations, Magic 89.9, Jam 88.3, Wave 89.1 and Play 99.5, will hold #RadioGivesBack: A LazadaForGood Charity Concert From Home. The one-hour digital concert will stream on LazLive, the in-app livestreaming function of the Lazada app, and air on these radio stations simultaneously.

Next Monday’s session will feature artists Yael and Karylle, Barbie Almalbis, Itchyworms, and Munimuni, as well as hosts Sam YG, Renzo, Steven Silva, and Dino Imperial.

The April 6 concert will include artists Kitchie Nadal, Reese Lansangan, Zel Bautista of December Avenue, and Gracenote, together with hosts Suzy, Jaz Reyes, Candy Gamos, and Debbie Then.

And now for the helping part: As these artists calm your frazzled nerves, head to LazadaForGood, the digital giving platform of the e-commerce giant. Here, you can donate to 15 advocacy partners, including the Philippine Red Cross, UNICEF, World Vision Philippines, and more.

Lazada presents very specific ways to direct your money for good. A visit to the website reveals that you can choose how much you want to give and how you want to help, whether it’s a one-peso donation to Virlanie’s clean water initiative for kids or P2,000 for Caritas Manila's Ligtas COVID kit for the impoverished. The platform also reports that its partner agencies have raised about P7 million.

That’s a lot of good. Add more love to the world by tuning in to the digital concert and donating to the platform.
